Project Description

Tom's PhD will adopt an intersectional feminist approach to improving women’s access to reproductive healthcare from a labour law perspective. His research is supported by the Reproductive Justice Hallmark Research Initiative and will specifically explore how the absence of adequate workplace leave provisions impact women's access to IVF and related reproductive health treatments.
