Our Mission
Our mission statement guides our collective activities to deliver on our vision for the future. With our commitment to inspire and develop young leaders our mission statement builds on the foundation and strengths of our organisation. Our aim is for young people to be inspired, trained and employed to manage their own programs and be positioned to respond quickly to the changing circumstances of their communities. We commit to engaging with and sharing our learning outcomes with other stakeholders in the youth and community sector so that young people have the best opportunity to achieve their potential.
