Our Foundation Director, Professor Bernadette McSherry, will be stepping down as Institute Director at the end of June 2021.

After eight years at our helm. she's decided it's time for a change of lifestyle and will be spending more time with Toby the Social Equity dog in regional Victoria.

Whilst we are sad to farewell Bernadette, we are looking forward to welcoming a new Director and continuing to support interdisciplinary research. The University will begin the recruitment and selection process for our new Director in early June.

In the meantime, for any informal inquiries, please contact Professor Liz Sonenberg, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research Systems), Chancellery Research & Enterprise.
